1. Conformity is when someone conforms to the people around them.   

2. It is ok to conform, but it depends on what you are conforming to.

3. Yes good people can do evil things because they can be in certain moods or may want revenge on someone or something. 

4. If the majority of people are doing something, it does not mean that it's alright. All of your friends could be doing something illegal but that doesn't make it okay because everyone is doing it.

fun theory

I agree making things fun changes behavior because people are more attracted to fun than boring things. I also think, that even at at workplace, if things were more fun people would be happy to do it instead of dreading working or doing jobs.
